The Carousel Center Inc. is proud to be named the 2015 Women’s Impact Network of New Hanover Count Grant Award recipient.
The Women’s Impact Network of New Hanover County (WIN), which is affiliated with the N.C. Community Foundation, was formed in 2011 by a group of women who intended to maximize their leadership in philanthropy as they leveraged the power of collective giving to positively impact New Hanover County.
“We are very honored and grateful to be this year’s Women’s Impact Network grant recipient,” noted Amy Feath, Executive Director of TCC. “This grant will enable us to extend our services further into the community and serve more children and their families,” Amy continued.
“The five finalists for the WIN 2015 grant were all strong entries. We are excited to see our grant dollars at work in The Carousel Center over the coming year,” Susan Henley, WIN Grants Committee chair added.

As an accredited member of National Children’s Alliance, The Carousel Center, Inc. is dedicated to providing comprehensive, coordinated and compassionate services to victims of child abuse.
Since the doors open in January of 2000, The Carousel Center has provided medical examinations to over 5,000 children and over 3,000 trauma therapy sessions. The agency serves children ages 0-17 in New Hanover, Brunswick, and Pender counties.
